EGGROLLS

1 pkg. eggroll wraps

FILLING:

4 c. cooked and minced meat of choice
Shredded carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, celery or combination of vegetables
Shredded onion
Dash of garlic powder, mustard, onion powder, ginger
Soy sauce

Saute the filling ingredients. Prepare a "paste" of 1 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons water. Lay out a single wrap. Place 2 healthy tablespoons of filling in center of wrap. Fold 3 corners up over filling in envelope fashion. Smooth some "paste" on 4th corner of the envelope to seal.
Prepare all rolls before frying. These may be frozen at this point but thaw completely between paper towels before frying. Fry in a skillet with oil at a depth of 1 1/2 or 2 inches and heated to medium high. Fry 3 or 4 eggrolls at a time until golden, turn once. They cook quickly 2 minutes tops. Drain on a paper towel. Serve with soy sauce or mustard.

i eat is in my old college before and i have some ideas.
First you have to make pork and some other vegetables(but this must be very few) very good smashed and mixed. Then your break at least 3 or 4 eggs good mixed with the yellow and white part. Then put a little bit butter on the pfanne and heat up. now put the mixed egg on the pfanne and try to divide them like a piece of paper. You can do 2 egg piece like this.

put the mixed pork and vegetable on the egg paper and roll them.

Cut them into piece and cook this rolls normally. Buona petita...

Ingredients
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic clove, finely sliced
1 onion, finely chopped
225g minced pork
30ml Fish Sauce
a pinch of Sugar
Salt, and freshly ground black pepper
2 Tomatoes, chopped
a handful of fresh coriander, chopped
Coriander, to garnish

For the egg roll;
5-6 eggs
15ml Fish Sauce
30ml vegetable oil

For the peanut sauce:
15g Thai red curry paste
30g crunchy peanut butter
15g palm sugar
juice of ? lemon
225ml coconut milk


Method
1. First make the pork filling. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onion over a moderate heat until soft. Add the pork and fry for about 7 minutes.

2. Add fish sauce, sugar, salt , pepper and tomatoes; simmer for 4 minutes then add the coriander.

3. To make the egg rolls whisk the eggs and fish sauce together.

4. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add a thin layer of the egg mixture and cook over a medium heat until set.

5. Spoon some pork mixture into the centre, and then flip each side into the middle to form a parcel. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.

6. To make the peanut sauce, fry the paste for about a minute until it is fragrant.

7. Stir in the peanut butter, palm sugar, lemon juice and coconut milk, bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

8. Serve the rolls with the peanut sauce as a dip.
