8oz of marg in a hot pan.
Pour into the melted marg as much syrup as you want ( the more the yummier) then add double of porrige ( so 16 oz) or keep adding butter and syrup until all the porrige in the pan is covered in the mixture.
It should become very sticky and mushy.
Then spoon it out into a greased flat tray and pop in the oven for 15-20 mins. Make sure when its done you cut lines into it where it will be broken up cos'>------------------------------...

IHOP Pancakes

Nonstick Spray
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup cooking oil
Pinch of salt

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Use a pan with a nonstick surface or
apply a little nonstick spray. In a blender or with a mixer, combine all of
the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter by spoonfuls into
the hot pan, forming 5-inch circles. When the edges appear to harden, flip
the pancakes. They should be golden brown. Cook pancakes on the other side
for same amount of time, until golden brown. Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.

Ihop banana syrup

Banana Syrup:

1 very ripe banana, mashed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 Tbs. dark molasses
1 1/2 Tbs. light corn syrup

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to a simmer, continue heating and stirring until desired thickness. Serve immediately, enjoy!

Tip: also try honey instead of sugar - 1/1 ratio
