dont eat them, you cant have your pear and eat it too
keep them in the fridge or in a dark cool place ..
if tou already peeled them, cooked them in water with sugar an some spices ( cinnamon, nutmeg ...) and again store them in a fresh place ...
you can also sun-dry them .....! dusty road
