4 ears corn
Butter-flavored cooking spray
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
20 to 24 sprigs fresh basil, rosemary, thyme, dill weed, marjoram or sage
1 . Heat oven to 450°. Husk corn and remove silk.
2 . Place each ear on 12-inch square of aluminum foil. Spray cooking spray on all sides of ears. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place 5 or 6 herb sprigs around each ear. Seal foil.
3 . Place sealed ears of corn directly on oven rack. Bake about 20 minutes or until corn is tender.

Soak it, husk and all, in water for a couple of hours, place it on a cookie sheet , bake at 400 for about 20-30 minutes, turning several times.
Throw it in the oven either:
1. individual ears wrapped in tin foil (like baking a potato)
2.or put several ears in an pan w/ butter and cover and bake

The other way that I cook corn on the cob - if I don't have time to bake - is in the microwave. I wet a paper towel and wring out the excess water. Coat the corn again with butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Wrap the cob in the paper towel and place up to four on a plate. Microwave on high for about five minutes.
Peel the husk down far enough to remove the 'silk'. Rinse under running water - shake out excess water. Place on a piece of foil
-lay back the husk and brush with Country Crock - sprinkle with salt if desired. Lay husk back over corn - wrap up with the foil. Cook in the oven for 25 - 35 minutes at 275 degrees. Remove - let sit for 3 - 5 minutes and serve. Pete
