Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(how do you clean cuisinart food processor blades (scouring pad won't work)?),it will help you,my kids.

although i wash the blade with dish soap and water immediately after each use, it nevertheless builds up a hard, "crusty," white, calcified-residue-like build-up that will not come off with the use of a scouring pad, even after a good soaking. i process vegetables and fruit mostly (no meats). i'm sure i can't be the only one with this problem, and i'm sure there are people out there with the answer. i'd appreciate the input if you're one of these people. thx.

Answers:
CLR or Lime Away, sounds like you have hard water

Other Answers:
Try to put some ice cubes in and turn it on. They should clean the blades.
Lime Away or that CLR
ice cubes may work

also try lemon juice

if they do not work mix up some tang (the orange drink suff)
Use hot water though - and soak the blades for 15 minutes - they should wipe right off!!

Tang also works for stains in toilet snad sinks and dishwashers!!! just out in like soap and run empty in the dishwasher then you can wipe out any discoloration from chemicals in your water!!

PS it is the cirtic acid in the tang
White Vinigar. I use it to clean my stainless steel water distiller. If you let it soak long enough, you won't have to scrub it.
Oxy Clean ... this stuff cleans everything safely, and well.
INMERSE IT IN LEMON WATER
