Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(how do you cook more than 4 steaks and get them tender/hot and cooked to differe),it will help you,my kids.
Answers:
I always marinade steaks for at least 24 hrs. I have found that it help seal in the flavors and makes them cook up very tender. No matter if it's winter or summer, I grill the steaks on a charcoal BBQ. It's big enough to cook for my family of 6 and everything is finished at the same time. I put the steaks on that need to be welldone first and then go from there.
Hope this helps!
Other Answers:
take a pan big enough to cook 4 stakes.
find the preferences, well, med, rear etc
make the pan sizzling hot and first place the well done after sometime the medium and lastly the rear one. all stake you can take out at the same time.
Assuming you are grilling outdoors, first you need a big enough grill. Arrange your coals, or burners if using gas (which I never do) so you have some spots hotter than others. The rare steaks go on the hottest area, and the more well cooked steaks go on the cooler areas. You also have to time them, meaning the well cooked steaks go on before the rare ones because they take longer. You'll get it with a little practice.
I put them on at differnt times. I start the medium steaks 8 minutes before I start the medium rare. Then I start the rare steaks 5 minutes after the medium rare.
