I have grouper that has been gutted but the head and tail is still on. I want to cook it but need to fillet it. How do I fillet the fish?

simple take a fillet knife or any other sharp flexible knife lay the fish down on the cutting board make a slice right behind the gill you will feel it when you come to the bone lay the knife flat and in a sawing motion work your way down slowly to the tail remove your first fillet turn it over and repeat on the other side hope this helps
