Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

I cut the skins with a knife and peel it off.

Soak them for 10 minutes in water and then slice the skin, they should pop right out
slit abit an then steam..peel off.
i dont think it is that hard all u do is slice the sausage and peel the skin off.

If its mexican chorizo its not so tough, just slit it with a knife and peel off. If its spanish chorizo that might be different, I love it but i've never bought some myself so I couldnt tell you, i've only ate it at restaurants.
Take it off before you cook it.
