Answers:
Try wrapping it in puff pastry and baking at 350 for about 8 min. That is what we do at my restaurant.
Other Answers:
a coupple of minutes under grill until softer, but no completely melted.
Take the cheese out of the wooden box, soak the box in water for about 30mins.
Put the cheese back in box, add about 2tbs of olive oil and a pinch of herbs.
Grill the cheese in the box until it gets a golden skin and underneath has has melted. Serve as dip with tartines or toasted bread. :)
1. Make light batter with an egg, some milk and all purpose flour, pinch of salt.
2. Cut camembert into small chunks
3. Dip cheese into the batter
4. Deep fry
(works well with mozzerella too) :)
