you repetadly sit on 12 avocados that are in ur pants. Any Questions?
I dont add any chopped ingredients to my guacamole. Thats the way my mother grew up in Mexico eating it. All you do is mash the avocado's and add either, roasted and blended tomatillos, or the vinegar of pickled jalape?os. Its really good both ways. Of course if you want you can add chopped onion or whatever.
Fresh avocados, lemon juice so that don't rust. Condiments to taste, or addtionals for creativity such as onions, etc, puree with a fork. Enjoy.
If you place the avocado pits in the mix and cover, the guac won't turn brown. Take the pits out befor you serve.
easy! a basic guacamole for one. vary ingredients to individual taste.
1. crush 1 clove of garlic
2. squeeze quarter lime
3. two table spoons of olive oil
mix these in a bowl well
crush one avocado into the mixture, salt and pepper to taste. mix well.
eat at room temperature
take one fair size avocado (must be ripe)
skin will be darker and feels soft (California type)
1. get 3 ripe avocados.(they are soft to the touch but not squishy).
2. 1 squeeze of lemon juice
3. 1 tablespoon of mayo(makes it more creamier)(do not use miracle whip!!)
4. 1 small tomato (optional)
5. 1 half of a small onion (optional)
6. salt to taste(optional)
*cut the avocados in half remove pit and scoop out into a large bowl. take a potato masher or a wooden spoon and mash the avocados with the tablespoon of mayo, salt and juice of the half of lemon. if your using the oninons and tomatos dice in to small cubes and place into mixture. blend together and spoon into a serving dish. get your store made tortilla chips or tostitos and enjoy. this is the way that my family makes it. I leave out the tomatos and onions, but my grandmother uses homemade salsa roja(red salsa) instead of tomato's and onions.. hope you enjoy!

2 ripe avocados
2 medium tomatoes
8 green onions finely chopped
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. horseradish (if desired)
Peel and pit avocados (save one pit) Peel tomatoes (if possible) and chop fine. Combine with remaining ingredients. Put 1 pit in center of guacamole to keep it from turning dark. Chill.
I don't like tomatoes in mine -- I prefer Tyler Lawrence's version
4 ripe avocados
2 limes, juiced
1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
1 big handful fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Halve and pit the avocados; with a spoon scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving them a bit chunky. Add the remaining ingredients, and fold everything gently together to mix. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Lay a piece of plastic wrap right on the surface of the guacamole so it doesn't brown and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
