Answers:
Simple.
Good quality miced beef (ground beef) preferably organic - not because im a hippy, it just tastes loads better. A good pinch of salt and pepper and if you like some finely chopped onion (I mean really finely chopped almost blended) For 1lb of beef (makes 4 goodish sized burgers use 1/2 a medium onion).
Divid into 4, roll into balls, flatten into burger shapes then (this is important) place covered into the fridge overnight.
Cook as usual (I grill)
Enjoy

Other Answers:
minced beef, chopped onion and salt and pepper for seasoning then grill

go to www.foodnetwork.com it was on blue peter before... should be on the website

try and get your hands on jamie olivers cook book and have a look for botham burgers. if not go on to uk food website its really good.

My man's a butcher and we always make them like this:

for 1 lb of meta put a half palm-ful of steak seasoning, 1 tablespoon onion powder and a capful of liquid smoke.

EVERYONE loves these! Put a little smoked chedder and throw it on an onion bun. Amazing!

Just go to Whole Foods or someplace else that sells good meat. No hormones, etc. Then press them in to patties. Fry them in a cast iron skillet or wok or grill outside. Maybe 4 minutes on a side. Then put whatever you like on them. Good with homemade french fries too. Salsa works well.

life experience According to how much fat content you want, is the beef you use. A good chuck or sirloin is less fat, but sirloin is sometimes rather dry. Just add seasonings of your choice, like salt and pepper or lawry's season salt, etc to the meat and either fry, broil in oven or put on grill. You can play with the additives on your own. Some folks add an egg, worchester sauce and bread crumbs for thicker burgers. Hope I helped.

buy some mince beef and roll it in to a ball and then flaten it make it nice and thick they are lovely

Minced steak, finely chopped onion, 1 beaten egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, mix all ingredients together and either grill or bar-b-que. Good luck

put mine beef or lamb or pork in a bowl with a chopped onion or try apple for the lamb, add a few mixed herbs or just mint for the lamb and mix it all up take a good handful and squish it all into a Burger shape put them on a baking tray and cook in the oven at 200c/400f gas mark 6 for about 30 minutes.

hope this is useful. ground mince beef salt and pepper, or ground mince beef mix with a good bbq sauce then chill to firm up beefburgers then place on a very hot grill and enjoy
