2 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 tbsp. honey
1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. celery salt
Heat dressing until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup salad oil.
When cool, shake well.

Honey Musard Dressing
Whisk together in a small bowl or shake in a jar with a tight-fitting lid:
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard, or to taste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Add in a slow, steady steam, whisking constantly, or add to the jar and shake until smooth.
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Taste and adjust the seasonings. The vinaigrette immediately or cover and refrigerate.
