Mix 3-4 oz. of cream cheese with a can of store-bought icing...it makes it lots better and you don't have to cook anything.

Mix powdered sugar and milk. I don't know how much though. I always just dump some sugar in a bowl and keep mixing milk in until the icing is how I want it to be. You can add a little vanilla extract too.

1 cup butter/margarine/crisco
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. water
Beat with a mixer.
