Answers:
Deep Fried Mozzarella
Ingredients :
1 lb Whole mozzarella cheese
3 x Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
4 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
Marinara sauce, to serve

Method :
Cut mozzarella cheese into 3-inch sticks about 1/2 inch thick. Combine bread crumbs and chopped parsley in a small bowl and set up beaten eggs in another. Place four on a plate. First thoroughly dust cheese sticks in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip in beaten egg, coating thoroughly, and then in bread crumbs. Press lightly to ensure an even coating. Refrigerate 15 minutes to allow breading to set up. In the meantime, heat oil in a heavy skillet just large enough to allow for 2 inches of oil. When oil is hot, fry a few cheese sticks at a time to a golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Repeat until all cheese has been fried. Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

I personally like to cut fresh mozz into thick strips, then tempura batter them and flash fry them in peanut oil or some vegetable oil flavored with a few drops of sesame seed oil. Nice nutty flavor compliments the cheese very well.

Biggest tip - when you remove the browned sticks from the oil, lay them on paper towels to remove excess oil and SEASON them - at least with a bit of salt, or a mixture of your favorite spices.

Good luck!

A discussion of the Cheese:

There are two kinds of mozzarella to consider for our purposes. There is fresh mozzarella, which is quite wet and soft, and is and there is low-moisture mozzarella, which is much drier and somewhat harder. You want to use fresh mozzarella - it tastes much better. However, it is more expensive and might be a little harder to find. In a pinch, you can use low-moisture mozzarella
