Get a peanut butter cookie recipe like the one that was posted already.

Instead of adding in the peanut butter the way it was suggest, integrate the peanut butter into the flour by using two blunt knives, one on each hand and "cutting" it into the flour until the flour resembles small crumbs.

Lindsey’s Award-Winning Peanut Butter Cookies
1 ? cup plain flour1 / 4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon1 / 2 tsp soda
1 stick soft butter1 / 2 cup brown sugar
?1 / 2 cup white sugar1 / 2 cup peanut butter
1 egg1 tsp vanilla

First, you’ll want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees, the common temperature for cookie baking.
Next, mix all your dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. The dry ingredients would include: flour, cinnamon, salt, and soda. Mix them well so every cookie will have the full cinnamon flavor.
Then, cream the sugars and butter together. Use a mixer on first slow speed, then speed it up a bit, and then slow it down. This assures that nothing will fly out and it will mix thoroughly. After you cream those ingredients, stir in the egg and vanilla. Make sure the egg is well mixed into the rest.
When you do that, you’ll want to add your bowl of dry ingredients to your other ingredients. Don’t add very quickly. Add half of the bowl first, stir it around some, and then add the other half.
After those steps are completed, roll it into small balls, and place about an inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press the cookies a bit with a fork and sprinkle a little sugar-cinnamon on them.

Bake for 8 minutes. If the cookies are not ready by then, try cooking them for about 2-2 ? minutes. Let cool for a minute or two before you remove them from the cookie sheet. Enjoy!!!

How to Make Peanut Butter Cookies - The Right Way!

Have you ever tried to bake peanut butter cookies, and for some reason they were a complete flap because they were dry and crunchy, too moist and crumbly, or perhaps they had a terrible taste? Well, I have discovered this cool new recipe and I have never failed at making them. Have no fear, the ultimate peanut butter cookie recipe is hear.

We will need the following ingredients: 1c. of brown sugar, 1c. of white sugar, 1c. of margarine or butter, 1c. of peanut butter, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp. of baking soda, 1/4 tsp. of salt, 2 tsp. of vanilla, 3 cups of flour, and 1/2 cup of white sugar.

As far as cooking utensils go, we will need the following: 2 large bowls, a small cup, a microwavable bowl, a baking sheet, one set of measuring spoons, one set of measuring cups, a large sheet of was paper, 1 fork, wooden spoon, and a metal spatula. As far as appliances go, we will need the following: a microwave and a conventional oven (pre-heated to 350 degrees).

Before you begin, always wash your hands. First we begin by blending with the wooden spoon, in one of the large bowls the brown sugar and the one-cup white sugar. Soften the margarine or butter in the microwavable bowl in the microwave for fifteen seconds. After you add the margarine to the sugar, mix them together. Add the peanut butter to the batter then mix again. In the small cup crack each egg separately, and add the yolk part to the batter and stir. Set the mixture aside for the time being. In the other large bowl measure out and sift the flour, baking soda, and salt. Once sifted together, carefully add to the sugar and butter mixture. Blend together carefully. It may take a little elbow grease. Once completely blended, add the vanilla and stir till it is mixed on. The hard part is now over. Make sure that there are no lumps of sugar, pieces of eggshell, and clumps of baking soda. Nobody wants to bite into those! From the batter, scoop out a teaspoon size amount out and roll in your hands until it looks like a sphere. Roll it again, but this time, roll it around in 1/2 cup of white sugar until completely coated. Once achieved, place on the baking sheet. Continue this process of shaping the cookie until twelve and been formed and are two inches apart from each other on the cookie sheet. Take the fork and gently press two fork prints on each cookie, one horizontally and one vertically. Place in the conventional oven for nine minutes. Once the time is up, carefully remove from the oven and remove each cookie carefully and place on the sheet of wax paper. Let cool. Repeat the cooking molding and baking process until the batter is gone.

Finally, eat them! This recipe makes about three to four dozen cookies. With out a shadow of a doubt, you will be proud to serve the delicious cookies at a school festivity, a family cookout, or a business party. On the contrast, you may just want to keep them all to yourself!

1 cup packed brown sugar
2 egg
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 (18 ounce) jar peanut butter

Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the peanut butter mixture. Finally, stir in the peanuts. Refrigerate the dough for at least 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
3. Roll dough into walnut sized balls. Place on the prepared cookie sheet and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Cookies should look dry on top. gather up about 100 pounds of peanutbutter nuts, wash them thoroughly, believe it or not you can do this in a washing machine(no soap), drying is gonna be time consuming though(no you don't want to use the clothes dryer), usually laying on a sheet in the sun for a couple hours would suffice. then comes the momentous job of cracking all those peanutbutter nuts, ya just can't bang-em with a hammer either, however you choose to break them is up to you.when you finish you have to !!?? oh i gotta go time for my medicine
