Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
In a large bowl, combine chopped potatoes and eggs. Mix together mayonnaise, chopped onion, green onion, green pepper, and celery. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well. Cover, and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

3 eggs
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup chopped celery
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes; cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
Place eggs in a saucepan, and cover completely with cold water. Bring water to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, and cool. Peel, chop, and add to potatoes.
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, sugar, seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder and black pepper; mix well. Blend in mayonnaise. Pour lemon dressing over potatoes, and stir to coat.

2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Green onion fan (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces; place in a medium saucepan. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool. Combine potato, chopped green onions, and pimiento in a large bowl; toss gently.
Combine mayonnaise and next 9 ingredients; stir well. Add to potato mixture, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill. Garnish with a green onion fan, if desired.
boil the potatos,either peel them or I leave the skins on ( it adds so much flavor )dice them up,add mayo,mustard ,salt,pepper to taste,sweet pickles or relish ,and onion-a little extra brown bacon ,chop it up and add to your potato salad

bacon bits (real bacon, please)
boiled eggs, chopped
diced onion
salt and pepper to taste
package Italian dressing mix
Everything is the same except the dressing-- make it with oil and vinegar, less water. Heat to boiling, pour over the potatoes, eggs, onion and bacon bits-- toss to mix, serve--
