Just buy some Jello instant pudidng, it says right on the side of the box. It will take about 5 mins. Search pudding recipes on yahoo! if you are looking for something more fancy.
Ggo to the store, enter the dairy isle, choose your flavor and buy it. Or, enter the baking isle, choose your flavor of boxed pudding mix, add instructed amount of cold milk, mix, refrigerate and consume.

This is a simple pudding recipe a caramel pudding.

3/4th liters of milk (3 cups), boiled and cooled. Well beaten eggs, vanilla essence, Cinnamon powder pinch, half a cup bread fresh bread crumbs.
In warm milk put in the bread crumbs and let it dissolve, mix it nicely. Beat eggs, till fluffy pour in the milk, when it is cooled. Put in vanilla essence and Cinnamon powder beat well add sugar, beat well. Take about 2 tbs of sugar and heat it gently on a stove till it caramelizes. Pour this sugar in an oven proof dish. Take a little water, boil it in the same container that you made the caramelized sugar and pour it over sugar solution. Quickly but gently pour the egg and milk mix. Bake in micro till it sets. Let it cool. You can turn it over in another dish before serving. Cheat a little, make some more caramel and pour over, once you have turned it, decorate with cherries
Bread Custard Pudding

Ingredients
400g stale bread - cut off crust, slice into triangles and butter generously on one side

(A):
75g raisins
75g sultanas
1 tsp grated orange rind

(B):
700ml UHT milk
50g melted butter

(C):
1/4 tsp salt
75g sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
5 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon powder

Method
Grease an oven-proof dish lightly with butter or margarine. Scatter some fruits on the bottom of the dish.

Mix (B) well. Dip the bread slices in mixture, then arrange the triangles in neat rows overlapping each other.

After the first row is neatly arranged, scatter freely with (A). Arrange the next layer and place the rest of the mixed fruits over.

Beat up (C) and strain through a fine sieve into the remaining milk. Blend together and pour over the bread and fruit in the dish.

Allow to stand for 30 minutes for the bread to absorb the custard mixture. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon powder and place halved red cherries around.

Bake pudding in a preheated oven at 160 oC for about an hour or till set. Brush top with jam that has been heated and if top of pudding is not sufficiently brown, put dish under grill till golden.


Mango Pudding

Ingredients
250ml fresh cream
250ml fresh milk
300g castor sugar
500g ripe mango puree
500ml santan
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Method
Put cream, milk, sugar and mango puree in a saucepan and bring to a low boil. Remove from fire. Add eggs and santan, and stir well with a whisk until mixture is even.

Lightly grease an oblong dish or mould. Pour mixture into the container and bake in a preheated oven at 150 oC for about an hour or until it has set.

Leave the pudding to cool. Chill well then turn out and serve.


Sweetcorn Pudding

Ingredients
(A):
400ml thin coconut milk
100g sugar
10g agar-agar powder

(B):
200ml thick coconut milk
15g green bean flour (lek tau hoon)
2 tbsp canned sweetcorn kernels

Method
Combine (A) and bring to a low boil to dissolve the sugar and agar-agar powder.

Combine (B) and mix until well blended.

Stir in combined ingredients (B). Mix well and cook over low heat until mixture comes to a gentle boil.

Pour mixture into any desired mould. (Wet the mould before use.) Leave aside to cool then chill well in the refrigerator.
