Answers:
Before you cook them, you can prick them with a fork a few times to release the steam that builds up during the cooking process. Then, wrap them in a paper towel and put them on a bit of a lower setting...like 7 or 8 instead of 10. I hope this helps!

sheesh! (1) DON'T microwave them ... fry or grill them! (2) IF you must, then prick them all over and COVER them!
Exploding means over cooking, in the micro just touch seconds not minutes.
if the sausages are in a casing, just punch a couple of holes in the casing with a fork. That will relieve the steam. Also lay a piece another plate turned upside down over the plate they are on. That will prevent the grease splattering.
Poke holes in the skins and cover them with a paper towel or something.
Just like with the potato you have to poke them a few times with a fork before you microwave them.
NEVER nuke bangers,,give em a prick and barbie or grill them,,to really get the fat out parboil them first before grilling or charcoaling them.
cook them in a pan on the stove and don't cook them on a high temperature. You can prick them with a fork, add a small amount of water and cover to cook. Good things take time. Don't zap in the microwave.
try steaming them... or prick them with fork when you would be using the microwave so it wouldn't explode... use just the optimum setting... you could try rapping it with foil
try placing them in a cup with water. The boiling water in the will cook the sausage.
puncture several holes through the sausage
SPLIT THEM OR PUNCH A WHOLE IN THEM WITH A FORK.
don't cook it in microwave! boil it!! much much better. but if u must use the micro, s give it a long cut but not deep.
