some one told me not to wash them with soap.... so now how do i go 'bout cleaning them??
Answers:
Use Warm water
Other Answers:
Why wash them at all? The chocolate making ceremony should never end... those things should be constantly being used and never get a break.... Keep 'em coming
Mmmmm... Chocolate....
Although I believe the other poster is correct in why stop making chocolate, at some time the fun must end-when it does, soak the molds in really warm water to melt any hardened chocolate, I then use the sprayer on my sink or high water pressure from the tap and blast the chocolate out of the mold and dry with a soft, clean cloth or let air dry. Good Luck
the hot water will work but sticking it in the freezer first helps you get most of the chocolate out. Afterwards wash it with a cloth or a stiff clean paint brush for detailed molds, but no soap (it can stick to the plastic and later seep into your chocolate- yuck!)... and make sure the mold is very dry before using it again- water and chocolate hate each other.
Do I get Valentine's candy for this one? ;-)
