Answers:
ok go buy some boneless skinless chicken breast, margarita wine coolers, broccoli and salad mix with the veggies u guys like. cut little slices into the chicken and maranate them in the maragarita mix all day.....when ur ready to start making dinner, cook the chicken until it is cooked all the way through and then turn the burner down on low and pour the margarita mix into the pan and let it simmer...the chicken will soak up the mix, take the broccoli and cut it up.. put butter in the bottom of a pan then put the broccoli in the pan to soften up, now to ur preference add garlic salt to the broccoli until it suits ur taste. make ur salad, set the table with candles, wine whatever you like and you are ready for a nice healthy romantic dinner. Takes 30 minutes to cook everything.

Serve it on the living room table with candles and throw some pillows on the floor to sit on, it's a nice break from the kitchen.
This is easy, fast and light (and or course, delicious). Will allow you some time for other things.
2 thick atlantic salmon steaks
2 or 3 ripe tomatoes (large are better)
1 cauliflower
butter
light cream
lemon juice
fresh basil, chopped
2cloves of garlic
salt and pepper.
Start about 45 minutes befor dinner:
Cut the cauliflower, removing green leaves. Separate the florets and steam them until they are soft, but not soggy.
Put in the food processor with about 1 teaspoons of light cream and 2 teaspoons of butter, and puree. The consistency should be fluffy, like that of light mashed potatoes.
Salt and pepper.
About 15 minutes into steaming the cauliflower:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Coarsely chop the basil and mix in a bowl with the lemon juice (about 3 tablespoons) and pressed garlic cloves. The mix can be a little coarse.
With a sharp knife, poke holes into the salmon flesh and spead the mix evenly onto the steaks, pressing it into the holes (gently).
Salt and pepper to taste.
Wash the tomatoes and slice in half lengthways. Salt them and place, seeds up on an oven tray covered with partchment paper.
Put tomatoes in the oven.
In a separate tray, put salmon in the oven.
Salmon should cook 15/20 min per inch of thickness, tomatoes should cook until the top is a bit wrinkld and they are hot and softened.
Serve together the salmon, cauliflower and tomatoes. Popcorn...lots of butter...you can eat it in bed...
