Heat oven to 360 Spray with non-stick baking spray.
Place fillings in dish & sprinkle cheese over.
Place custard and ingredients in bowl & beat well to get rid of any lumps.
Pour custard mixture over fillings & bake in oven until set approx 35 mins
Other Answers:
Yes, definately fattening.....cheese, bacon, crust,
it's fattening
If you like that dish and you want to lose weight, why not make some scrambled eggs with spinach? You are getting the two main ingredients without all the dairy and starch. Just an idea.
A dietitian can prescribe the exact diet for you. And that diet can not forbid any food.
So you could eat all food just paying attention to quantities.
I'd recommend you going with a real dietitian.
I thought that most of quiches contain cheese, egg and the pastry, and extra: spichach, jam, saussage, etc.
well, i wouldn't call it fattening, b/c i eat quiche all the time and i'm not fat.
i would try changing the ingredients to see if you can cut the fat a little.
eggs and spinach, fine
cream---see if instead of heavy cream you can substitute with something lighter....i don't know if the quiche will be the same, but it's worth a shot!
besides, i'm not into cutting out good foods like this if you're dieting.
cut simple things, like switch from soda to all water all the time.
don't eat candy or snacks as much. if you want to snack, then eat carrot sticks, low-fat pretzels, etc.
"let them eat qucihe!"
hell yeah its fattening
you can cut a HUGE slice............as long as you don't eat it!
Yes most often it contains cheese and cream.
You could try looking on line for alternative recipes for it however.
Not the best selection for losing weight. I lost weight just by counting fat grams.
Quiche Lorraine has 489 calories for one sixth of the pie! Try the lowfat recipe, and stick with the Lorraine style of quiche. The bacon and onion version adds many more calories, as the onion is cooked in butter! Try an omlet with the spinach, no crust to add calories! If you just gotta have it, keep to the portion size, and make a very low-cal salad or veggie to fill you up.

ONLY IF YOU EAT IT
Although it tastes really nice yes it is fattening unfortunately. This is because of the cheese and the pastery. If you want a more healthy quiche just try adding veg such tomatoes, or peppers or any other favourie veg. At least it will be a bit healthier. But dont eat it too often.
I think so, it contains a lot of cream, cheese and eggs.
