Answers:
Soy sauce is one of the good seasoning. when you boil, simmer, roast, bake, or grill, you add soy sauce and your dish will be tasty. Otherwise too many cooks spoil the broth.

I think cooking food with a little bit soy sauce for children and have less salt in our daily life is good for your health and good for children! :-)

Let's eat healthy food and be healthy in our daily life!

Other Answers:
as long as it does not have msg in it. msg is not good for children or adults.

I don't see why not, I give it to my child and we use it quite a lot in our cooking. no it is not healthy it has way too much sodium (salt)

soy sauce can be eaten by children in small amounts as it has a high salt content and too much can be harmful to their system.
As long as it isnt every day should be fine.

It's all right as long as you don't have to much of it, otherwise it should be OK. yes

As always, moderation is the key.

Soy sauce has been a staple of eastern cuisine and cultures for centuries - I'd take that as a fairly good sign.

I'm more concerned about the amount of processed sugars found in food these days!

Cheers

It is loaded with salt but other then that it is harmless. it is healthy only if it is used in a dish. but drinking it or mixing it with rice is not healthy. it can cause gall bladder stones and kidney related diseases.
