Crush a box of Zweiback baby toast; brown lightly in a frypan with half a stick of butter or margarine and half a cup of sugar. Layer the cooled crumbs with applesauce mixed with cardamom and cinnamon in a clear bowl. Top with whipped cream dotted with currant jelly. YUM!
