Homemade "Magic Shell?" Chocolate Coating
6 ounces chocolate chips
2 ounces (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup corn oil.
Melt the chips and butter together (preferably over a double boiler to avoid burning/scorching the chocolate, though you can use a microwave oven (on low)). When melted, mix together, then add the oil and mix.
That's it, though I must admit it does not sound very appetizing.
