i find going to www.foodnetwork.com to be helpful.....they have very nice but easy recipes there, they rate each recipe with a "easy" "mid" or "hard" rateing, so you can pick how hard of a recipe you want to do, there is alot of stuff, try makeing something that you like to make because than, the more you are interested in it, the better you will do!!!! there is millions of recipes there...
so good luck!!!
I took recipes and altered them and put them on a file card. Then I made samples and took them in to class. I had to submit 3 recipes every 3-4 weeks to make it worth my while.
You should have gotten a list of things you could turn in for extra credit at the beginning of the quarter so you have been slipping and now have to pay the piper.
