Couldn't find what I wanted to show you----the big schools don't do a half a day class.
You might check with the hotels--sometimes the sous chef or pastry chef gives classes
The 1st link below is for cooking classes just outside Paris. Looks expensive...but it's Cordon Bleu. the best!
The 2nd link is to youtunr.com in France. If you can write and read French, ask there!
