Grill the mushrooms in the oven after brushing them with olive oil. Heat up some pasta. Drain the pasta, add one tablespoon butter, 1 tbsp garlic powder, pinch of salt. Cut the mushrooms into slices and toss with the pasta.
Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil, rub the pork chops with bbq sauce and cook on each side 4 minutes, medium heat.
Place porkchops on plate next to pasta. Pour gravy over pasta.
