Do a nice pasta dish. Cook some shicken marinated in italian dressing. Cook some penne pasta. Cup up the chicken and toss with the pasta, capers, sauteed mushrooms, and sundried tomatoes and some olive oil. Make a salad and garlic bread. Buy a frozen poundcake (Sara Lee), slice, top with berries and whipped cream for dessert. She will appreciate anything you make. Easiest thing would be a pasta dish, with tossed salad, and bread. Of course a
nice red wine.
