Atta dough
Chilli powder,Dhania powder,aamchur,salt,aloo
masala according to taste.
Method
Grate the paneer & mix all the dry ingrediants in it i.e. chilli powder,dhania powder,aamchur,salt & aloo masala.
Keep aside.
Now take atta in small balls roll out into small roti size, put the paneer mixture in it.
make into a round ball again & roll it in to a paratha form.
Heat tawa & cook as you make paratha, with oil on both sides.

Spinach - 25-30 leaves
Green Chilli (chopped) - 3-4
Whole Wheat Flour - 4 cups
Oil / ghee - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Palak paratha recipe preparation method (indian recipe)
Clean, wash and finely chopped the spinach (palak) leaves. Now mix the flour, spinach, salt, green chilli and 1 tbsp. oil . Add enough water to make a soft dough. Cover it and keep aside for few minutes. Then make small balls and roll them like parathas. Heat a tawa/pan and place the parantha over it. Turn it and spread some ghee round it. Turn again and spread some ghee on the other side too. Cook till both sides are evenly cooked. Serve this hot indian recipe with curd or chutney.

Spread a little oil on the pan and ease the shaped flour on to the pan. When one side is cooked turn the other. Repeat the process till you achieve the desired golden color.

Serves-1 portionsize-3 medium
wheat flour-80g
salt-1/8t
water-3t
oil-10g
1.Make the dough by mixing the flour very well with water by adding salt to it.
2.Divide it into 3 portions and roll out into thin rounds using dry flour.
3.now fold it up into a triangle shape.
4.Grease the pan and cook paratha on it till it turns light brown in colour.
Serve hot with some curry.
