8 ounces HORMEL? CURE 81? Half Ham, sliced in four, 1/2-inch thick slices
1 cup HOUSE OF TSANG? BANGKOK PADANG? Peanut Sauce
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425oF. Place ham slices in 9"x13" baking pan and pour sauce over all. Turn ham slices to coat both sides. Bake until slices are hot and sauce bubbles (about 18 minutes). Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped peanuts before serving.
SERVE WITH
instant white rice prepared according to package directions and carrot and raisin salad from the deli.
