Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

Answers:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
large pinch salt
2-1/4 cups milk (or buttermilk)
3 eggs
4 tbsps melted butter or oil

Mix everything up until just moistened and start making pancakes! You can add fruit or whatever you want.

I've a good one here, called "Potato Pancakes"; hope you like it :")

You can be as creative as you like with yours, toss in hot sauce or different herbs. Mine are a simple version, and I like to serve them with fresh applesauce.

To make 8 pancakes:
Ingredients:
3 large potatoes (about 2 pounds)
1 large sweet onion
1 cup matzo meal, medium grain
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
1/4 cup olive oil

GARNISH:
Low-fat sour cream
Fresh applesauce

Instructions:
1. Peel and grate the potatoes and onion by hand or in a food processor and put them in a large bowl. (If you grate the potatoes ahead of time, make sure to soak them in water to keep them from turning color, then drain and squeeze when ready to use.)

2. Add the matzo meal and the egg. Sprinkle in the salt and blend everything together until the onions and potatoes are coated with the egg and matzo meal. Let stand for 5 minutes.

3. With clean hands, roll a ball of dough just big enough to fit into the palm of your hand, and flatten it out with your palms to make a round cake. Repeat the process until you have used up all the batter.

4. Set a medium saucepan over medium-high heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Lay 4 pancakes in the hot oil and cook for 1 minute on each side, until they turn golden brown. Transfer the pancakes to a paper towel to soak up any excess oil. Repeat, adding more olive oil to the pan, until all pancakes are cooked.
Serve with sour cream and a side of fresh applesauce.

just buy the pre-mixed pancake. it is cheaper and easier or you can mix one near rotten banana with 2 cups of all-purpose flour. add one cup of full cream milk a teaspoon of baker's yeast, stir well all the ingredients together with a tablespoonful of honey, heat pan. drip some oil or brush some vegetable oil and pour the mixture of ingredients. wait till you smell the banana then turn the cake and you have your pancake. its hard

Recipe Summary
Yield: 3 batches of pancakes

6 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda (check expiration date first)
3 teaspoons baking powder

Combine all of the ingredients in a lidded container. Shake to mix.

"INSTANT" PANCAKES:
2 eggs, separated
2 cups buttermilk
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups "Instant" Pancake Mix, recipe above
1 stick butter, for greasing the pan
2 cups fresh fruit such as blueberries, if desired

Heat an electric griddle or frying pan to 350 degrees F. Heat oven to 200 degrees F.
Whisk together the egg whites and the buttermilk in a small bowl. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the melted butter.

Combine the buttermilk mixture with the egg yolk mixture in a large mixing bowl and whisk together until thoroughly combined. Pour the liquid ingredients on top of the pancake mix. Using a whisk, mix the batter just enough to bring it together. Don't try to work all the lumps out.

Check to see that the griddle is hot by placing a few drops of water onto to the griddle. The griddle is ready if the water dances across the surface.

Lightly butter the griddle. Wipe off thoroughly with a paper towel. (No butter should be visible.)

Gently ladle the pancake batter onto the griddle and sprinkle on fruit if desired. When bubbles begin to set around the edges of the pancake and the griddle-side of the cake is golden, gently flip the pancakes. Continue to cook 2 to 3 minutes or until the pancake is set.

Serve immediately or remove to a towel-lined baking sheet and cover with a towel. Hold in a warm place for 20 to 30 minutes.

Yield: 12 pancakes
