Couscous will be the one. You need a good recipe, here is a link http://www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/recs/48... but forget about the potatoes, I have never seen it served with an authentic couscous. I will suggest that you replace the potatoes with artichoke bottoms (from a can.) For meat the best is a mix of chicken and lamb.
