Go to the doctor, they can give you something to help w/ the stress. That's what I had to do for a short period of time.

1.exercise, take it all out
2.deep breath in the morning, it only takes 5 mins
3. lisen toa song u like
4. most importantly take a break every now nd then.
5. work hard but party harder
all of this shud keep u calm and help u deal wid the stress
Meditation, reflexology, yoga, gardening, needlework, play with your pets, reading, watch a comedy, dancing or listening to soothing music.

just stop, close your eyes, breathe, think about the something calming ... the beach in the morning, and smile. LIFE'S SHORT. don't sweat the small stuff. be happy.
well 4 me i usually first try 2 see what stress me and then figure out wat i can do 2 make it less stressful, usally we can make ourselves calm just by adressing the problem,dont worry about the big stuff, that stress people out when they obsess over their futures, make sure above anything eles just to chill out and take 5 stress the one of the body flight or fight repsones and it has trouble diguising real danger and every day life. i suggets that u look medidation exercises that helps me oh and if u still feel stress over a period of time try going to a doctor, but i think u should use that only as a last resort.
