Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

IF YOU HAVE AN EATING DISORDER YOU NEED TO TALK TO SOMEONE IMMEDIATELY

2 cups strong green tea
2 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
4 strawberries (optional)
5 ice cubes (or 1/2 cup crushed ice)
lemon wedges

Combine ingredients [except for the lemon] and blend well.
Add the lemon wedge to garnish.
These cookies are only 25 calories a piece.

Meat ball soup

1 lb Lean ground beef
1 bunch of parsley
1/2 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
MIx all ingredients above and make small meatballs (for this recipe use only 10 meatballs and freeze the rest)

1 liter of organic chicken stock
1 cup green beans
1 cup cabbage or boy chock

bring it to boil and add the meatballs, boil for 10 minutes then add the vegetables and boil 5 more minutes. finish with a little parsley.

This is lean protein and low calories and it fills you up nicely!

Low Fat Low Calorie Cool 'n Easy Pie [8 serv; ready in 10min]

1 (1/3 ounce) box sugar-free jello (4 serving size -any flavor)
1 (8 ounce) container thawed Cool Whip Free
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust (Keebler makes one)
water
ice cubes

Boil 2/3 c water.
In mixing bowl, mix boiling water and Jello for about 2 minutes until dissolved.
In a measuring cup, combine ice cubes and water to measure 1 cup.
Stir into Jello mixture til ice is melted.
Add Cool Whip and whisk until smooth.
Put mixing bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to allow mixture to thicken.
Spoon filling into crust.
Refrigerate overnight.

Low Calorie Turkey Casserole[ 8 serv; ready in 1 hour]

1 head cabbage
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can water
1 small onion
1/3 cup rice, uncooked

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop cabbage and place in greased baking dish.
Brown meat and onion; stir in rice.
Pour on top of cabbage.
Mix soup and water.
Pour over entire casserole.
Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
Add more water if casserole gets too dry.
