This is the ULTIMATE asian market in Seattle:

Uwajimaya Inc
www.uwajimaya.com

600 5th Ave S
Seattle, WA 98104
(206) 624-6248
yep, Uwajimaya is the place to go
Try 99 Ranch Market in Kent and Edmonds. Although its more Chinese, than Japanese, it does offer more choices and variety when it comes to other Asian products.
I've been to Uwajimaya and I think it is the best Japanese food / supermarket in Seattle!
