Personally I love fried green tomatoes!
You can use either chicken (dark meat) or turkey wings. Season meat with meat ternderizer, salt, pepper, & pouktry seasoning, put it a baking pan (13x9 in) Use a can of cream of mushroom soup,mix one can with one can of water, then pour over meat. Cover with aluminum foil, make sure to seal all the corners, so no steam will escape, then bake slow in oven at about 300 degrees, for about 2-3 hours. In last 20 minutes or so cook uncovered to brown. The meat will be so tender. I serve it with whire rice and like blackeyed peas, and biscuits. GOOD LUCK
