LA Thanksgiving Delicacy.
How Moist is it?
What Does it Taste Like?
How Would You Do This?

Answers:
My relatives from Gulfport, MS swear by it. They have told me that it is so much better than a regular turkey and that the juices from the duck and the sausage stuffing really help to add flavor to the turkey and keep it moist without basting. They also said that if it's done right, you can taste all of the components almost in a symphonic melody...sounds good to me.

I checked out a link they sent me with a recipe and will share it here:

Finally I read a great article a month or two ago with a great story about the Turducken too:

I believe I saw a FoodNetwork show on it and you can order them here:

Other Answers:
Yes. It is moist and delicious. I am from southwest LA; and, even here, the average pereson does not prepare a terducken themselves. It should be purchased from a specialty meats store(which may be extra difficult right now, due to recent hurricanes). Preparation instructions will be included.
