I love them together! The buttermilk gives it a smooth taste. I like it with a little black pepper and some salt! idon't like the onions! I make cornbread all the time! It's a Southern thing!

definitly, except i dont eat it in buttermilk i use regular milk but im sure its just as good. my grandpa always put pepper in his but im not a big seasoning person. hadnt heard of many ppl to use this technique. glad im not the only weird one
