salte?as, anticuchos, sillpancho.. have u ever heard of them or eaten them?
Answer:
I have a good friend that is from Bolivia -Santa Cruz to be exact and he always cooks humitas, salte?as & empanadas
Nope
There are some things to be thankful for.
I was born eating bolivian food, and I kinda dislike it, well the ones who are spicy, as a matter of fact occidental-bolivian food is like 100% spicy, eeew.
Salte?as r pretty kool, maybe good business is like a juicy wrap with meat(cow, chicken, pork), potatoes, carrots and stuff inside.
Anticuchos is heart meat with potatoes and silpanchos is a very flat and big meat with rice, eggs, tomatoes & onions.
There r delicious bolivian food but as their preparation and stuff is kinda prehistoric? no very simple.
Well all bolivian food is delicious but not very wealthy u see.
nope
I have heard that silpancho is good. I would love to try it. I've never had any genuine Bolivian food. I made a recipe called choclo that I found online once though.
