I checked on the Hebrew National website for GA. They didn't break it down by city, but here is a list of grocery stores that sell Hebrew National products:

I don't live in Savannah, but I do use their mustard, I've never seen their spicey mustard but their deli mustard it great.
If you can't find it in regular supermarkets, try kosher stores, if all else fails you can order from both of these sites.
