OK grab your copy of the Yellow pages and look for ASIAN GROCERIES and find the one closest to you...
If you are out in the eastern/southern parts of the city , you could try Box Hill or Springvale..
IF all else fails.. look for a Thai social club .. and give them a call as somebody in their catering department MAY be able to help you,
The easiest way would be to go to an authentic Thai restaurant and ask if the chef would mind telling you how to get a hold of this product. Hope this is helpful.
you need pandan leaves, do you have access to a thai market or another asian store? Banana leaves will work also.

Try looking in a baking supplies store or in Chinatown. For Thai food, the best would be using fresh pandan leaves instead of "fake" pandan.
