i ate one somewhere but i don't have any idea on how to make it.

Answer:
my sister-in-law is Korean and while hanging out with my niece, she made us some for lunch...

You just take sticky rice- a short grain rice, cook it in the rice cooker (very quick and easy) and once it's done, let it cool down just a bit. Take a blob, roll it into a ball and she just poked her finger in it, took some tuna/crab/veggies (whatever you want inside) and placed it in the hole and stuck some more rice on it to close it up. Also, you can use seaweed to wrap it up. They can look like sushi rolls, but no raw fish. She even put that sweet red bean paste inside of it too.

Not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for...but that's the only kind of Korean rice ball I've heard of... =)

Okay, one more edit.. LOL here's a nice website, you had me wanting some now!!! http://www.greggman.com/japan/onigiri/on...
I found many sites for Korean recipes and recipes for Italian Rice balls, and Korean Rice Cakes, but none for Korean rice balls or specifically jo muc bab. Sorry - I tried. Maybe if you can locate a Korean grocery or restaurant they could help you. Good luck!
