im looking for the recipe for pulled pork (spicy kind) & rice & beans. My one friend says he cant write the recipe down. lol which is understandable. just like my granny, she doesnt use a recipe.

Answer:
Slow cook a pork roast in a crock pot over the course of 8-10 hours.

Cover the pork roast with beef broth. Add one jar of Hatch red chili sauce, I say the brand because it tastes like the real deal from New Mexico. Add 2 or 3 sticks of cinnamon. That is the base for a great spicy pulled pork. Add whatever else you like.

It should be so tender that you can pull apart easily with a fork, if it doesn't just fall apart by itself.
