Also, does anyone know if there is any special cooking equipment - i.e. pots/pans that you need?

does not seem from what i read your going to need special cookware, some of the recipes look so tastey, enjoy!! :)
The Moosewood (Sundays?) cookbook has some recipes and is probably the easiest to locate.
look on the internet, just saw that the other day......
i dont know bout everyone else but i didnt think ethiopians even had vegetables to "prepare"
