Answer:
Pakistan Gaajar ka halwa
* 2 pounds of Carrots (grated)
* 1 cup Sugar
* Seeds of 4-5 small Cardamom Pods
* 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
* Ricotta Cheese
* 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
* Pistachios (prefered amount)
* Almonds (prefered amount)
* Raisins (to your preferance)
* 4 to 5 tbsp. of Powdered Milk
1. Grate the carrots and put them in a pot on low heat along with the cardamom seeds. When they become soft and the water dries up, add sugar and again leave for the water to dry.
2. Then add oil, ricotta cheese, pistachios, almonds, raisins and milk and continuously stir on high heat until the water dries. When done add vanilla extract just before removing from heat.
Pakistan chicken pakoray (fritters)
* 325 grams Boneless Chicken Pieces
* 1 cup Water
* 1 medium Onion (coarsely chopped)
* 2-3 cloves of Garlic
* 1-2 Green Chillies (coarsely chopped)
* A handful of Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves
* 125 grams Gram Flour
* 1 tsp. Coriander Powder
* 1 tsp. Cumin Powder
* ? tsp. Garam Masala Powder
* ? tsp. Red Chili Powder
* Salt (to taste)
* A pinch of Soda Bicarbonate
* Cooking Oil (for deep frying)
1) Combine the onion, garlic, green chilies and coriander with half of the water in a blender and blend to a fine paste.
2) In a large bowl combine and mix together the gram flour, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder , red chili powder, salt and soda bicarbonate.
3) Combine the blended liquid and the rest of the water and mix well to form a thick paste. Put in the chicken pieces and mix well so that the chicken is well coated with the mixture.
4) Deep fry in hot oil until it turns golden brown.
Pakistan dal palak (lentils and spinach)
# ? cup Yellow Split Gram Lentils
# 500 grams Spinach (washed well & chopped)
# 2 medium Tomatoes (chopped)
# 1 Onion (chopped)
# 2 Green Chillies (chopped) (or to taste)
# 1 (1-inch piece) Ginger Root (chopped)
# 2 tbsp. Coriander Powder
# ? tsp. Garam Masala Powder
# 3 tbsp. Cooking Oil
1. Wash the lentils well, and let them soak in warm water for at least 45 minutes.
2. Wash the spinach well to get out any dirt. Chop spinach by discarding the stems.
3. Heat the cooking oil in a pot. Add in the chopped onions and saute them well until golden brown.
4. Now strain the lentils from the water. And add the lentils to the spinach and also add all other ingredients and fry for 5 minutes.
5. Now add in ? cup of water, mix and cover on medium heat and let the lentils cook. Once the lentils are done and soft, mash the lentils slightly by pressing against the sides of the pot with a wooden spoon or spatula.

for a start you can forget pork for any Pakistani food, when I was there I stayed at the Marriot and all they served was immitation bacon.
Why on earth would you want to make food from that country, it is the most terrible country I have ever visited, my friend and I actually went hungry because we couldn't eat the food there. The only thing that was our saviour was the nuts that they grew there
