ehehehheh...i'm muslim AND VEGETARIAN...the fact i'm a vegetarian has nothing to do with my religion , i just love animals and don't want to eat them .
Islam allows you to eat many types of meats (no pork) but i chose not to :)

You can be Muslim and vegetarian. I am ... In our religion it doesn't say that we must eat meat, and especially in places where it is hard to get halal meat it is better not to eat it that way you are sure that you are not violating any law. Anyways we know that all fruits, vegetables and even fish are for sure halal and anyways they are much healthier for you... For me being vegetarian has nothing to do with my religion - I just don't like to eat meat. My husband on the other hand loves to eat meat and does... It is your personal choice only.
