I love wonton soup and fried dumplings - they are pretty much a must when my family orders, so with the wonton soup and 1 or 2 dumplings what meal should I order ( I usually eat about half anyway)

Well you are not going to be able to stay under 600 calories if you%26#039;re eating fried dumplings. Wonton soup is fine. I generally just get the steamed items with a light sauce (Ex: steamed chicken with kung pao sauce).

The best way to keep your visit to under 600 calories is to have someone else drive you by it and then you just take a big sniff. If you drive yourself, you will stop and go in.
You know how it is, it always smells better from outside than it tastes anyway. Same with BBQ, i can%26#039;t count the number of times i have been riding down the road and smelled some BBQ or just the smoke from it and if i had been driving i would have stopped every time. Of course i would be as big as the side of a barn too.

Just eat a regular eggroll and maybe some yellow rice (small) with a bottle of water. Try to stay away from the super fried foods if you really want to watch your calorie intake :)
