Also if you have the cash, there is Sunrice Academy at Fort Canning and Raffles Culinary Institute. (At Raffles Hotel)
I know that there is a baking school in Chip Bee Gardens and most local community centres conduct classes. Cold Storage at 6th Ave (Guthrie House) conducts monthly baking classes.
