Why would you want to make it when you can get perfected noodles at any Asian grocery market ? But if want to, would be tad hassle as you got to buy a bunch of flours ie. high protein flour, wheat flour, etc.

I take the package of noodles and throw them at a pot of boiling water about 15 feet away. The noodles always splash directly into the water, not even touching the rim. At this point, I shout "KOBE!" just like the NBA legend.
