In a medium bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth and creamy. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine.
Yield: 1 cup

drizzle light olive oil
1 - t bsp potato flakes
lemon juice
salt
in blender, mash garlic and drizzle olive oil and lemon juice, add salt to taste, add potato flakes to thicken as needed.
